Permits

• Reading, by a human or a machine, without payment, registration or attribution-gating.
• Indexing and search, including returning hyperlinks and short excerpts.
• ai-input — use at inference time: retrieval-augmented generation, grounding, generated answers.
• Quotation with attribution to Agentic News and a link to the canonical URL.

Does not permit

• ai-train — training or fine-tuning a model on this content. That grant is sold separately, with the month archive. Reading it does not grant it, and neither does this licence being free.
• Republication of whole article bodies as a substitute for the original.
